HISTORY
Amad N.L. was an Australian mining company, originally known as Northwest Tantalum N.L., with the name AMAD N.L. adopted in 1966. By the late 1960s and early 1970s it was active in mineral exploration and mining ventures, including tin and alluvial gold, and later evolved into a much larger mining group. In 1985 it changed its name to Normandy Resources N.L., then later became Normandy Poseidon and ultimately Normandy Mining, so this certificate represents an early stage in the history of what became a major Australian gold-mining company.
