American Airlines Inc

American Airlines - was formed in 1930 as Robertson Aircraft and Colonial Air Tranport merged with over 80 smaller airlines to form American Airways.  They were renamed American Airlines in 1934.  This is American Airlines Common Bond Certificate and is beautifully colored light brown with a vignette that includes a airport and an American Airlines plane on the top center.  Issued 1974.
