HISTORY
First Australian Growth and Income Fund was an Australian investment fund launched in 1970, issuing ordinary shares of 10 cents each, as your certificate shows. It was associated with the Mineral Securities Australia / Minsec group during the speculative mining-share boom of the early 1970s, and later became caught up in the wider Minsec collapse and the official investigations that followed.
